Make your reservations by going to the Registration Page .
Hotel/Campground Information
Select a room from the hotel attached to the convention center or other nearby hotels and motels shown on the Hotel/Motel reservation page.
On-Site Dining
Lunch & Dinner will be available on-site for purchase Friday & Saturday. Complete menu and pricing will be available Sept. 1, 2026 on the Dining page of the website.
Dress
Appropriate Casual Dress Acceptable until 7pm. Please no sweatpants or shorts. Square & Round Dance & Business Casual Attire after 7pm.
Festival Ribbons
Festival ribbons will be issued for dancing and need to be worn throughout the festival.
